About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team.
In this role, you will take full ownership of user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that we attract high-quality users at the lowest possible cost.
You will manage campaigns across our expanding portfolio of mobile apps, working in close partnership with marketing, product, and data teams to develop strategies that fuel long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Execute User Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
* Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Dive into data using tools like SQL, MetaBase, and Excel to analyze performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Team—including product managers, designers, and data scientists—to ensure acquisition strategies align with product growth goals.
* Experiment and Test: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive improved performance across user acquisition channels.
* Multi-App Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize multiple campaigns across different apps, ensuring effective multitasking and attention to each app's unique strategy.
* App Store Optimization (ASO): Implement and track strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and conversion rates in the app stores.
* Report and Improve: Monitor and report on key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and user retention, while managing campaign budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
* 2-3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, MetaBase, and Excel to derive insights and drive campaign performance.
* Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics: including Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
* Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer) to track user behavior and optimize campaigns.
* A track record of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with marketing, product, design, and data teams to align strategies and deliver results.
* Self-discipline and leadership: Ability to work independently, lead projects, and manage multiple campaigns with precision.
* Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for experimentation and continuous optimization.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with ad networks such as Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, and Moloco.
* Experience in growth channels like influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, or SEO.
* Background in app marketing for gaming, music, or dating verticals.
