As a Facilities Operations Manager at Sodexo on site, you are a natural leader and a champion for driving the highest standards.
You’ll lead the onsite service delivery team providing development and direction to ensure compliance with all our contractual obligations. With full ownership of the lifecycle replacement program and PPM schedules, you’ll manage our external contractors and ensure structures and processes are in place to drive consistency.
What You Bring
1. Previous management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver their full potential.
2. An understanding of basic technical aspects of Facilities Management Services and building fabrication.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful working relations with our customers.
4. Capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
5. Good financial acumen with experience of working to budgets.
6. A structured and organized approach with experience of working in a compliance-driven role.
7. Previous Facilities Management/Coordination experience would be desirable.
