WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
To lead a team of chefs with passion and integrity. Ensure all food meets our high standards and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include day-to-day kitchen operations, coordinating with the front-of-house team, enforcing health and safety standards, and maintaining quality control over every dish.
You will also be responsible for kitchen recruitment, inventory management, and good maintenance of kitchens. Menu planning, execution, and training of junior staff are crucial aspects of this role.
Constant upkeep of HACCP, purchasing, and stock control are essential tasks. As a brand ambassador, you will create social media content for our marketing team and ensure staff are fed nutritious and tasty meals.
Maintaining accurate records, ensuring credit for goods is followed up, and having exceptional personal appearance are also key requirements.
