Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling digital content that engages our audience and drives meaningful interactions. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing user experiences across our digital platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, intuitive interfaces, and impactful interactions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and marketers, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance our digital ecosystem, drive conversions, and foster brand loyalty through exceptional user experiences.Specific Duties & Tasks:Act as the main point of contact for the Go-To-Market and Brand teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.Support campaign launches, promotions, and product updates by ensuring website and app content is up to date and aligned with business objectives.Work closely with content, UX, and development teams to ensure a smooth workflow for implementing new initiatives.Implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.Co-ordinate the design to iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the overall user experience.Structure website and app content for optimal navigation and user understanding.Analyse user feedback and behaviour to make data-driven decisions for UX enhancements.Ensure content is regularly assessed for SEO value and aligns with SEO best practices.Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and consistent design elements.Ensure that the visual design enhances the overall user experience and aligns with brand guidelines.Optimise content and design for various devices and screen sizes to provide a consistent experience across platforms.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure a unified approach to content and user experience.Ensure that content and design adhere to accessibility standards, making the website and app usable for all individuals, including those with disabilities.Skills & Expertise:Proficiency in creating various types of digital content including written content and multimedia presentations. Strong writing and editing skills are essential for crafting engaging and informative content.Understanding of UX principles and methodologies to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless digital experiences.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand the technical aspects of web development and collaborate effectively with web developers.Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize digital content and improve visibility. Understanding of keyword research and on-page optimization.Ability to analyse user data, website metrics, and engagement statistics using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Interpretation of data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
