Job Description Our Client is involved in the Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision of building projects across a range of pharmaceutical, healthcare, process and food industry companies.
You will work on a variety of projects in the Pharmaceutical and Industrial Sectors from initial concept through to detailed design and handover Liaise with Clients through design and construction Liaise with and manage the activities of our process design partner firm Complete detailed design calculations Support the preparation of P&ID's and co-ordinated layout drawings Preparation of schedules, data sheets and specifications Carry out site surveys Preparation of cost estimates Preparation of technical reports, as required Preparation of contract documentation Manage projects through design, construction and handover.
Manage health and safety requirements relevant to the work being undertaken Other tasks, as may be required to support the delivery of projects Requirements Level 7/8 with 5+ years' experience, Extensive knowledge of Process Engineering Design, in particular clean utilities Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical Processing Equipment Good knowledge of Design software Be capable of liaising with and managing the activities of our process design partner firm Be capable of directing the work of more Junior staff, Be able to take direction from more Senior Staff Be able to work as part of a team Package Salary with excellent benefits or contract rates if preferred €65k - €85k €45 - €55 per hour
