Job Title: HR Generalist
A leading FMCG company based in North Antrim is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role:
* Deliver impactful HR services in a fast-paced, people-focused business
* Provide expert advice and guidance across various HR areas, including performance management, absence management, employee relations, recruitment, audits, and collaboration with senior management and employees
Key Responsibilities:
* Support managers in driving performance and resolving challenges effectively
* Monitor long-term and short-term absence trends, coaching line managers to find sustainable resolutions and reduce absenteeism
* Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
* Support hiring processes to attract top talent and enhance workforce quality
* Represent the organisation during audits, ensuring policies and practices meet compliance standards
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience at HR Officer or HR Advisor level
* HR degree or relevant qualification
* Strong expertise in employee relations with a sound understanding of Northern Ireland legislation
* Full UK driving license
* Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent presentation skills and confidence in delivering training or updates to stakeholders
