Store Manager - Swords 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and running of your store, including managing teams, achieving targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves owning KPIs for store and teams in areas such as sale, stock, audit, and security, delivering operational objectives, and ensuring the store is fit to trade.
You will also be responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits and making customers feel phenomenal by taking ownership of customer issues, using problem-solving skills to take care of them until resolve.
You will promote customer self-service, embody a better connect life in person, engage with customers to tell a story about our product range, and drive sales by motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and supporting.
Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of all products in the range, attending trainings, and keeping current with product research and FAQs, you will engage with customers to match them to the appropriate products and services in an approachable, personable manner.
You will go beyond the expected, supporting your team and manager, taking part in projects that support our people and customer experience/journey, and continuously looking for improvements in processes or services, and have the confidence to put forward these recommendations.
We appreciate each other by coaching and supporting our team in a way that engages the individual, ensuring store standards are met, replenishing stock, reorganising displays in line with planograms, and maintaining the cleanliness and positive reputation of the store.
Demonstrate responsibility for RLP policies and processes to show support for your store manager during store audits.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience working in retail and managing store teams.
• Proven success in achieving targets and goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have experience managing team in a customer facing/service position.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• You will thrive on targets, goals, and objectives and pushing yourself and your team. Hitting 100% isn't enough, you aim higher than that.
• Passionate and obsessed about giving our Guests an outstanding experience in store.
• Managed inventory and controlled budgets demonstrating sound financial management and delivery.
• You will work with teams to support, motivate, and encourage each other for continuous improvement and achieving goals.
• You do the right thing and always ensuring your team adheres to policies and procedures.
• Comfortable leading in a changing fast-paced environment moving Coaching and mentoring teams and colleagues comes naturally to you.
