Quality Administrator – 23 Month Temporary Contract Role

Your tasks and responsibilities:
* You will support the processing of material dispositioned as potentially defective from the Material Review Board (MRB), from PMI inspection and the Production and Spares lines. This involves processing/ maintaining quality notifications to record the material and to assist with engineering and other departments in the successful disposition of material.
* You will support the processing of material dispositioned for Return to Suppliers from the MRB Process, creating RMAs for QN parts to be returned to suppliers dispositioned at MRB.
* You will support the processing of material dispositioned as Scrap from the MRB Process. Run the weekly Scrap QN part list report from SAP, completing the Scrap Form and upload into the SharePoint inventory adjustment application (when required).
* You will support the generation and processing of stock Purges, processing a purge following direction from Engineering or another competent source, managing the process for sign off and follow-up to closure. Maintain the purges on the Stock Purge database.
Your qualifications and experience:
* A third level qualification or appropriate and commensurate experience.
* Experience in being part of teams and working on projects with good communication skills, both written & verbal.
* You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, being a part of a team with good communication skills, both written & verbal.
Your attributes and skills:
* You must have good administrative skills working in SAP, SharePoint, and other applications.
* Ability to interface with internal departments/stakeholders for the processing of MRB material and Stock Purges.
* Ability to interface with suppliers for logistics-related activities (as required).
* Good communication skills, both oral and written.
