The Enterprise Sales Associate plays a key role within the global Digital GTM organization, teaming with Account Executives to drive new sales revenue through three core functions:
* Drive business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect Enterprise accounts.
* Source net new opportunities through prospecting efforts.
* Support opportunities by building quotes and proposals, creating strategic account plans, running business reviews, and collaborating with the greater account team.
This role involves selling and supporting new business development while developing ServiceNow's next generation of sales talent through a structured development and promotional path.
Responsibilities include:
* Learning from experienced Sales professionals to support large Enterprise accounts throughout the selling process and customer journey.
* Building formal networks with key decision makers and developing a strong understanding of all aspects of the selling process.
* Prospecting under-penetrated Enterprise accounts or cross-selling point solutions.
* Providing on-demand sales support to customers.
* Supporting Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer health and retention.
* Serving as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can aid digital transformation roadmaps.
* Identifying specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time.
* Managing sales process, opportunity closure, and ongoing account management for customer satisfaction and additional revenue streams.
* Investing in personal development through training, coaching, and feedback.
Requirements for Success:
* Prior experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
* A coachable attitude focused on personal development to learn new skills.
* The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and business drivers around IT.
* A driven approach consistently applying newly learned, complex knowledge.
