This role supports fundraising initiatives for charities, schools, and community groups, providing essential administrative and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist fundraising organisations in launching services, including document preparation and processing (customer details forms, launch forms, permit applications, promotional materials, and website inputs).
* Provide day-to-day support to customers, handling queries and generating reports.
* Manage customer records and documentation within internal systems.
* Maintain and update customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare promotional materials, communication templates, and website updates for fundraisers.
* Support special fundraising campaigns and events by preparing data and promotional content.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data management, tracking, and reporting.
Key Requirements
* Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Strong data management and analytical skills.
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work independently and drive results.
* Full Irish driving license and own transport.
