Assistant Front Office Manager Role
This role is crucial to enhancing our guests' experience from the post-reservation stage through to post-stay follow-up.
About the Position
* As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager and lead the front office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences.
* You will oversee guest services staff, porters/concierge teams, and analyze customer feedback to provide strategic direction for continuous improvement.
* Key duties include anticipating and responding to all guest needs, promoting hotel outlets, amenities, activities, and food and beverage options.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Reception supervisor in a similar high-end establishment.
* Exceptional communication and issue-resolution skills.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.
* Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
