Job Description:
This is a 12 month Fixed term contract opportunity.
As a member of the Customer Excellence organization, the Consultant leads the development and execution of effective program and communication strategies to support the successful launch and growth of customers’ recognition programs. The role focuses specifically on driving strong program adoption and overall program success with new customers. In doing so, Consultants have the opportunity to directly impact workplace culture at some of the most admired companies in the world.

6. Excellent verbal communication skills that allow you to interpret customer needs and express ideas and recommendations in response. Demonstrated tact and diplomacy in communications with customers and natural ability to use active listening skills to react creatively to customer needs.
7. Ability to identify opportunities to influence customers and readily share a professional point of view.
8. Excellent writing skills and aptitude for producing concise communication pieces in Word and PowerPoint format.
9. Excellent presentation skills demonstrating a positive, professional, and engaging style.
10. Comfort with technology and curiosity about current trends that affect customers’ systems and their broader impact on customers’ businesses.
11. General knowledge of HR concepts

12. Demonstrated experience in one or more HR-related disciplines, including talent management, total rewards, employee engagement, employee communications, or organizational development
13. Track record as an internal or external go-to resource for leaders relative to strategic workplace topics
14. Proven experience successfully managing projects in sophisticated, complex business environments
