Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide high-level back-office services to Key Account Managers and their customers.
* Supply detailed account statements and analysis of billing and account data.
* Produce detailed Excel spreadsheets.
* Enter data into the Salesforce registration system.
* Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up on them.
* Make customer service calls to specific customer groups.
* Maintain contract files.
* Participate in projects and ad hoc requests as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrate proven ability to input data into a system with great attention to detail.
* Exhibit experience dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.
* Show proven ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
* Possess a confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
* Demonstrate flexibility as a team player.
* Display a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
