We're searching for a highly motivated and proactive Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This isn't your typical admin role.
You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our expert recruiters and playing a vital role in the smooth running of our business and gain valuable experience within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Management: Prepare and format candidate CVs for client submission, ensuring a high professional standard.
Job Advertising: Draft compelling and accurate job advertisements for various platforms.
Database Administration: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient searches.
Systems and File Management: Organise and maintain internal files and documentation, ensuring efficient access and version control.
Content Creation: Contribute to the production of quarterly newsletters and their biennial salary survey, assisting with research and collation of data.
Application Management: Manage incoming applications from various sources, screening and directing candidates to appropriate recruiters.
Candidate Sourcing Support: Assist with candidate searches within the CRM and via LinkedIn Recruiter, creating shortlists and supporting recruitment consultants.
Internship Programme Support: Play a key role in the administration of their annual Summer Internship Programme, including college liaison, presentation support, and candidate communication.
Essential Qualifications and Experience: A relevant third-level qualification or proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Must be tech-savvy with desire to learn.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills: Experience using CRM systems.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with WordPress.
