Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team based in North Wicklow. This role will provide next-level support to the CEO and Operations Director, working as part of a small team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations. This role will be offered on a permanent basis and will primarily be based on-site.
Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Salary: €22-€25 per hour depending on experience
Location: Co. Wicklow
Duties may include, but will not be limited to:
1. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
3. Handling emails, drafting responses on behalf of the CEO & Operations Director, and managing correspondence effectively.
4. Arranging and coordinating meetings and conferences. Preparing agendas, arranging logistics, and ensuring necessary materials are available.
5. Managing and organising information, documents, and files. This may involve maintaining digital and physical filing systems, retrieving information as needed, and ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
6. Serving as a liaison between the business and external stakeholders.
7. Drafting, editing, and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience assisting C-Level executives with excellent administration skills and an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
2. Prioritising work, using time management and organisational skills.
3. Must possess the ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
4. Proactively look for and take on tasks and provide regular feedback on status.
5. Ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels.
6. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
7. Experience with organising Outlook calendar/email inbox management specifically on behalf of others.
8. Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a high degree of accuracy.
9. The successful postholder must have a clean driving license with access to their own vehicle.
