The Graduate Program Engineer supports the project from inception through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time.
The graduate will update and upload quality documentation, updating Gantt charts and project schedules/reports.
Be involved in improvement projects, and support technical problem solving with root cause investigations in process, tooling or operations.
Key Responsibilities and End Results: (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):
Support Medical device product and process characterization & optimization through designing, documenting, tooling and automation, executing experiments and tests including participating in FMEA's, DOE's MSA etc.Lead / Support technical problem solving and root cause investigations.Support the development of tooling or equipment documentation, update CAD drawings, document procedures, work instructions as required in the Quality Management System.Support validations and qualifications of new equipment and material.Drive Continuous improvement projects.Liase with customers and contractors as required.Support Program Managers as required.Assists with the development of flowcharts, GANTT charts and other project report mechanisms as needed.Responsible for setting up Bills of Materials (BOMs).Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.Job Specifications: The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently.
