Digital L&D Officer
We are working with an established public-sector organisation based in Belfast to recruit for a Digital L&D Officer, on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will focus on the design and delivery of innovative, digital learning solutions that contribute to the modernisation and ongoing improvement of The Company's Organisational Development (OD) offering.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead technical oversight of key systems (LMS, CORE Talent) to optimise efficiency and meet organisational needs.
* Monitor system performance, review designs and user journeys, and identify areas for improvement.
* Advise the People & OD Manager on enhancements and implement approved developments to align with the organisation's strategy.
* e Learning Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts for e Learning development.
* Guide content owners in designing SCORM packages and establish a testing process for digital learning solutions before LMS deployment.
* Projects Support OD projects such as online Performance Management (CORE Talent) and LMS-based onboarding.
* Apply project management methodologies to ensure agile delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and progress.
* Track deliverables, monitor budgets, and report on project status.
* Management Information (MI) Reporting Generate reports (e.g., executive updates, OD performance metrics).
* Evaluate training effectiveness and compliance over time.
* Maintain audit trails in line with the organisation's records management policies.
* Talent, Succession & Leadership Development Assist the People & OD Manager in analysing and preparing talent and succession plans for senior executives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience developing digital learning solutions and e Learning in a large organisation.
* Skilled in data analysis and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* Experience in external contract management.
* HNC/HND qualification or equivalent.
* Proficient in using digital platforms for user analytics and MI reporting.
* Experienced in managing internal stakeholders to drive learning and development outcomes.
* Strong project planning and delivery skills using Project Management methodologies in L&D.
