Sales Support Executive
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry to dispatch. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer care and assist clients in ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing sales enquiries and processing sales orders
* Handling dispatch and invoicing
* Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person at our trade counter
* Translating technical sales information into professional quotes and orders
* Liaising with local suppliers and tracking deliveries
Requirements:
* A technical aptitude is essential for this role, particularly in pipes, fittings, and values or related products
* Comfortable working with data and figures
* Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and general office tools
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
* Capable of prioritizing tasks in a busy environment
