Kellihers Electrical, a Rexel Group Company, are excited to share that we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and preparing sales reports.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
3. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
4. Support the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and proposals.
5. Process sales orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with sales software and tools.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
