We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our busy real estate office to oversee our Rental Property Book. In this role, you will manage our rental book, input data into our property management software, and handle daily operations including, but not limited to:
1. Follow up to collect and process rent payments
2. Reconcile bank accounts
3. Coordinate maintenance and repairs
4. Coordinate property viewings
5. Generate reports for landlords
6. Follow up timely on late payments
Qualifications:
1. 2/3+ years of experience in admin, bookkeeping/basic accounting in a fast-paced environment
2. Microsoft Office familiarity and property management software experience preferred
3. Strong communication and organisational skills
4. Qualifications in accounting or business beneficial but not required
5. Quick learner with a passion for real estate highly desirable.
