About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Administrator will join our Cork team, reporting directly to the Regional Director and play a key role in administering large customer accounts. This is a part-time permanent contract based at our depot in Tivoli, Cork.

Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee sales invoicing process (automated)
2. Liaise with customer accounts payable contacts on monthly invoice processing
3. Liaise with HSS sales team and customer AP teams on dispute resolution
4. Provide regular updates to credit control team on debt collection
5. Support ad hoc administrative requests and the HSS Hire Cork team
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in fast-paced accounts receivable/administrative roles
