Position Summary
As a Sales Manager in the IT industry, you will have full responsibility for defining and achieving business growth targets, developing succession, managing a team, and driving business outcomes. You will set the standards of excellence for the company's methodologies and processes.

* Identify and implement new strategies for business growth and drive to completion.
* Drive growth by utilizing the full Allegis Group service offerings.
* Drive operational priorities and hold the team accountable to agreed behaviors and targets.
* Create business plans to set annual and quarterly objectives and targets for teams based on strategy.
* Stay attuned to business and industry changes, ensuring own activities remain aligned to key objectives.

Knowledge and Skills

* Use client and competitor knowledge to compare internal processes and activity, recommending opportunities to improve business strategy.
* In-depth understanding of recruitment industry trends and challenges.
* Experience managing a team of 6 or more.
* 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
