Corporate Affairs Professional

The Position
Working with our Corporate Affairs Director you will be responsible for influencing public policy, managing key stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with patient organizations and strengthening and protecting our reputation through professional communications engagement.
You will be:
* An ambitious communications and public affairs professional looking to further develop your skills and be challenged.
* Keenly interested in politics and other relevant external developments and their relevance to us as a business.
* Adept at successfully managing relationships with external stakeholders including policy makers, patient organizations and other key healthcare opinion leaders.
* Experienced in influencing public policy and public affairs engagement.
* Skilled in external communications campaigns.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office each week, so ideally you should live within a commutable distance from our office in Santry, Dublin.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications and experience:
* A third-level qualification in public relations, communications, journalism, politics or another related field.
* Previous agency experience in a public relations, public affairs, or communications firm is preferable.
* Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills being highly valued.
* Ability to evaluate, monitor and report public affairs developments and their relevance to us as a business.
* Experience working and engaging with external stakeholders including political stakeholders, industry bodies, patient organizations.
