Job Description:
Want to work for an iconic IT multinational renowned as a superb employer and ahead of the game in developing complex enterprise IT solutions to run the business? Sales Applications development for e-commerce solutions for their products – order confirmation, order tracking, product catalogues, warranties, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build Microsoft Stack ecommerce software on an enterprise scale, test, and deploy new features rapidly with the highest quality.
2. Work with business and development teams to clarify requirements and prepare design documentation.
3. Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to systems quality standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Analyze business needs and create software solutions.
5. Prepare test data for unit, string, and parallel testing; document testing procedures and conduct performance and scalability testing.
6. Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
7. Resolve customer issues with software solutions and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
8. Plan, conduct, and lead assignments generally involving moderate to high budget projects or more than one project.
9. Manage user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines.
10. Identify, recommend, and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies.
11. Work in an Agile, TDD, XP environment to collaborate cross-functionally.
The Contractor:
• 5 years plus experience in .NET application programming, ideally in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Proven experience in software development methodologies (AGILE) with excellent .NET stack technologies - .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server (Private Cloud), Kafka noSQL database, and JavaScript / Angular.
• Familiar with distributed systems, messaging technologies, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and cloud-based systems including microservices and SOA-based architecture.
