About the Role:
This is a critical position reporting to the Head of Construction, responsible for managing the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage.
The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Programming: Develop high-quality programmes that meet Company and Client expectations, within allocated time frames and project deadlines.
* Team Support: Provide guidance and assistance to sales and support teams.
* Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects and be accountable for their progress.
* Liaison and Communication: Liaise with external customers, internal teams, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers as required.
* Progress Monitoring: Regularly report on project progress to the management team, highlighting areas of concern and proposing mitigation measures.
* Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits throughout Leinster to assist site teams with planning matters.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of construction planning experience, preferably in Civils/Utilities.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, good understanding of the construction process, and experience at both tender and contract stages of projects.
