Proclinical is seeking a Dir. of Efficiency & Digital Data to oversee and boost the Efficiency and Site Performance program. This role involves promoting industrial best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in the digital transformation efforts, supporting strategy definition and initiative prioritization.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
4. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of continuous improvement professionals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
6. Drive change management efforts for successful adoption of improvement initiatives.
7. Identify and share best practices across the organization.
8. Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
10. Promote digital transformation and support related strategic initiatives.
11. Represent the company at external forums and promote organizational culture and initiatives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Degree/MSc in Science, Engineering, Operational Excellence, or related discipline.
2. Experience managing and leading large teams in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3. Proven track record of organizational transformation and process improvement.
4. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques; Black Belt certification preferred.
5. Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
6. Senior management experience in pharmaceutical production under EU and US standards.
7. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP awareness.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
9. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
