Work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives to provide excellent customer service, enabling them to better understand the company's products and effectively treat their patients.
Responsibilities
* Deal directly with customers through telephone or electronic means
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Obtain and evaluate relevant information to address product and service inquiries
* Provide pricing and delivery information
* Perform customer verifications
* Set up new customer accounts
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
* Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
* Manage customers' accounts
* Confirm pricing structure
* Maintain customer databases
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements
* Experience handling and processing inbound requests from customers and outbound calling
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluency in German and English
* Good Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
What We Offer
* Salary range of €35,000 - €40,000 base salary per annum depending on experience
* Based in Friedrichsdorf, Hesse
