About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our B2B and B2C marketing efforts and optimise our online presence. The role is a stand-alone position by which you will work alongside the senior leadership team and an external marketing agency to drive forward our marketing strategy to continue to achieve our overall growth plans for the business. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and highly organised marketer who can manage multi-channel campaigns, enhance website content, and execute marketing automation strategies. This role is based in our Tipperary office however a Hybrid working arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Campaigns
1. Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinate video, photo shoots and storyboards, for marketing materials.
3. Create and optimise landing pages to drive conversions.
4. Develop lead magnets to support inbound marketing strategies.
5. Manage an internal team of content writers to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Email Marketing & Automation
1. Set-up and manage CRM contact nurturing campaigns.
2. Develop marketing drip campaigns and newsletters.
3. Set up marketing automation workflows for engagement, lead nurturing, and eCommerce.
B2B Website Content Management
1. Identify and implement improvements to website content.
SEO & Website Optimization (Including eCommerce)
1. Enhance SEO by improving site performance, optimizing metadata, and refining internal linking.
2. Focus on on-page SEO with targeted keywords and structured content.
3. Oversee the eCommerce website, updating product categories and promotions.
4. Optimize product pages for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Analytics & Market Research
1. Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics.
2. Identify market trends and competitor strategies to refine campaigns.
3. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
1. A relevant third level degree in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
2. 3-5 years of B2B and E-commerce marketing experience
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRO, and content marketing.
4. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create engaging marketing strategies.
5. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
6. Confident in presenting ideas to managers and directors.
7. Photo editing and competence with design tools like Canva.
8. Ability to quickly learn new software (CRM experience is a must).
9. An interest in healthy living or knowledge of ergonomics
