Reporting to: Team Leaders / Assistant Manager / Manager The purpose of the post is to assist Person Support Management Team to ensure that all staff working in Individualised Supports are fully supported and that the team is developed to its full potential. Due to the nature of the support role in Individual Services and the lone working element, regular interaction from the community person support coordinator will benefit each staff and aide in the development of the team, whilst also allowing the Person Support Management Team to focus on certain aspects related to the further development of individualised supports.
