Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide, we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI's One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
In line with our pipeline and projected sales targets, we are now recruiting for several roles.
The successful applicant for this position will act as key account coordinator for our homeowner clients interested in exploring the extensive range of generous SEAI home energy upgrade grants available.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.Develop a deep understanding through our training of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.Proposal Development: Provide detailed and accurate proposals, including pricing, timelines, and upgrade recommendations.RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry.Strong understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps) or a willingness to learn.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner.Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
