Portfolio Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager. This is a month daily rate contract position which will report to the Strategic Remediation Programme Manager, responsible for managing and delivering prioritized business critical value streams within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Portfolio Epics through the Value backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities, synchronize business needs, and identify dependencies.
* Report progress to executive stakeholders, ensuring access to necessary management information and using agreed-upon KPIs.
* Prepare Lean Business Cases with relevant stakeholders, including Enterprise Architecture and Product teams, providing informed decision-making support.
* Drive the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) release process, optimizing cross-team participation and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
* Build and lead a Delivery Management team, empowering them to drive strong business outcomes across business and technology teams.
* Steer a Portfolio Value Stream roadmap, aligning demand with corporate objectives and maximizing return on investment.
* Create and own portfolio visions derived from business objectives, identifying target groups, customer needs, and organizational benefits.
Requirements
* Relevant 3rd level qualification with a strong technical focus.
* 3-5+ years of experience in a software/hardware delivery environment within a complex organizational structure.
* Strong program/portfolio management skills, with experience in B2C environments and synthesizing data in high-traffic/revenue settings.
* Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Product Centric Delivery Management and Portfolio management, continuously improving processes.
* Experience in implementing portfolios with a budget of at least €5 million.
* Experience leading complex transformation projects.

Desirable Criteria
* In-depth understanding of product lifecycle and delivery, preferably at an enterprise level.
* Solid knowledge of agile design and development methodologies.
* Experience in driving the delivery of Cyber Security and other programs.
* Familiarity with cyber management frameworks and risk management concepts.
* Experience in designing and enforcing information security policies, standards, and procedures.
* Awareness of Cyber Security Operations and Incident Response management.
* Track record of driving cyber security training and awareness programs.
* Experience in compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence / Atlassian suite.
