Experis have partnered with a Global Tech Giant looking for an experienced Executive Assistant.
This will initially be a 12 month contract with potential for extension.
The working pattern will be primarily remote with occasional site presence.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and happy to work on EMEA-wide projects but also happy to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Event management and logistics: Strategic calendar management based on deep knowledge of business and executive needs.
IT Equipment Management and Support.
Budget Management & Purchasing.
General Queries:
Point of contact for general queries about the building or how to get things done
Director Support:
Travel, expenses and some calendar, meeting organisation support, including presentations
Onboarding:
Setup of new hires, maintenance of org charts etc
Key Experience Required:
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with high level executives is preferred.
Experience working for a Global Tech company is highly desirable.
