Project Coordinator / Administrator required with 3 years plus experience in senior administration in a multinational environment.
This is a 23 month contract position based onsite in Galway.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Workspace Request mailbox, responding to and logging new queries on the database.
* Assist in planning and resourcing of workspace requests for the weekly Workspace management governance.
* Support the creation of workspace plans to find solutions for requests.
* Maintain and update workspace systems including SiQ platform, databases, and site drawings.
* Update workspace documentation such as guides and SharePoint information.
* Complete building surveys to ensure workspace is current.
* Play a key role in the Project Management Office, supporting admin and coordinating all live projects.
* Contribute to Project Management Office project compliance and lead the Project Management Office Governance where Project Leads present their projects to demonstrate compliance to the PMO standards.
* Assist in setting up monthly Workspace and Project Management Office reports, highlighting KPI's on performance.
* Support the PMO Finance in setting up PO's and checking spend allocations against relevant projects.
* Assist Facilities Finance in tracking PO's and updating monthly reports.
* Support the Facilities Helpdesk as necessary.
Requirements:
* Hold a Third Level 6 Qualification with 3 years + relevant experience in a similar type role.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Show ability to collaborate effectively, work proactively on cross-functional teams, and communicate warmly with colleagues.
* Have good organizational and presentation skills.
Salary: Estimated salary €45,000 - €60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
