Site Manager/Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager/Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality fit-out and design projects for our client in Wicklow.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and design principles, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the full lifecycle of fit-out and design projects, from planning to completion
* Management of on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
* Enforcement of strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction
* Monitoring project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays
* Maintenance of accurate records of project progress, materials, and compliance documentation, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager, ideally within the fit-out and design sector
* Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and design principles
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
* Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
* A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
