Senior Financial Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team in Co. Kerry, Ireland.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of clients, handling new business leads and referrals, and undertaking business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, delivering expert financial planning advice tailored to their needs.
* New Business & Referrals: Handle inbound new business leads and client referrals, providing solutions across Pensions, Investments, Savings, and Protection.
* Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities within your client network to support the company's continued growth.
* Market & Product Knowledge: Work with all major financial providers in the Irish market, staying up to date on products, trends, and regulatory changes.
* Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure all advice is fully compliant with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and company policies.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
Key Requirements:
* QFA qualification: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial advisory role within brokerage, banking, or wealth management.
* Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Savings, and Protection products in the Irish market.
* Client portfolio management: Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio with a client-focused approach.
* Business development skills: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships.
* Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Independence and teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
