Job Title: Sr Manager – Precision Converter Software Group

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with high energy and a track record of execution to lead our Precision Converter Software Group as a Sr Manager.
The ideal candidate will bring technical acumen, project ownership, and leadership ability to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with business objectives.
About the Role:
* Create and execute an overarching software/hardware strategy for customer evaluation and prototyping for DAC/ADC portfolios.
* Alignment on SW GTM strategy for the BU that aligns with overall precision converter strategy.
* Technical Oversight:
o Provide technical direction and support for firmware projects, reviews, best practices, and forward-looking implementation guidelines.
o Alignment with the enablement organization for consistent practices.
* Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders (BUs, Tools/ACE team, Enablement team).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage globally distributed teams.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Project Management:
o Oversee multiple firmware and embedded engagements.
o Project scoping, deliverables, coordination with cross-functional teams.
* Deliver an easy-to-use/plug-and-play solution for customers and Field/Factory apps engineers.
* Alignment on eval platform strategy with BU and the enablement organization.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Requirements:
* BS required/Masters preferred in Engineering.
* 10+ years of industry experience preferably in firmware development.
* Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
* Expertise in low-level drivers for various peripherals.
* Complete knowledge of standard software development processes.
