Job Title: HR Generalist
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will provide comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the go-to HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance and resolving HR-related queries.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
* Support managers in identifying workforce needs and implementing talent development strategies.
* Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and welfare meetings.
* Oversight of HR system implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
* Monitor HR metrics, manage visa and work permit applications, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, morale, and recognition.
* Lead HR improvement projects and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
* HR qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
* Proven experience in HR system implementation and optimization.
* Solid understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
