Sales Support Administrator - Portadown

This is a full-time permanent position with regular working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with one hour for lunch.
The salary is circa £29k.
Your Role:
As Sales Support Administrator, you will provide support to sales representatives managing customer portfolios in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.
Your duties will include:
* Providing administration support to sales teams
* Phoning loyal customers to generate repeat orders
* Taking customer orders and processing them onto the computer system
* Answering queries from customers regarding products, pricing, deliveries, and product availability
* Liaising with customers about product specifications
* Informing representatives of any issues related to customer accounts or potential product lines
* Identifying potential new customers for representatives to follow up on
What You Need to Succeed:
You will have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
