Job Title: ICT Project Manager/Senior Analyst - Business
This is a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role will be based in Limerick and involve hybrid working.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager/Senior Analyst to lead the design and development of Operational and Corporate Systems for our public sector client.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of Operational and Corporate Systems.
* Engage with stakeholders on digital initiatives and provide implementation services for new developments.
* Assess ICT infrastructure and applications at regular intervals to plan renewal and replacement.
* Create and maintain project and service documentation.
* Analyse current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify future opportunities.
Supplier Management & Compliance
* Lead the supplier change management process for existing Operational and Corporate Systems.
* Manage software licenses, IT resource volume, and expenditure purchase agreements.
* Review supplier performance against agreed targets and develop key supplier relationships.
Communications and Relationships
* Foster effective relationships within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively across multiple partner organisations.
* Provide specialist analytical advice and insight to inform decision making and service transformation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience of structured change standards and project methodologies.
* Knowledge of service improvement programmes and change management.
* Experience of ICT projects, including change management, business analysis, and application development.
