Based in Ennis, Co Clare (with remote options available), the New Business Development Manager will have responsibility for building and managing a sales pipelines as well as meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by closing sales opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify potential verticals
* Gain an in depth understanding of the prospective verticals, their key business challenges and how our solution can address these challenges
* Identify, research and connect with key contacts within target verticals
* Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers
* Qualify all potential opportunities and ensure a continuous healthy pipeline
* Communicate our solution effectively and creatively through proposals and presentations
* Represent Magico and our solutions at Industry Events, Trade Shows etc.
* Maintain integrity of CRM data
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* A natural sales person who was born to win sales
* A Digital native with propensity to buy online. Knowledge of eCommerce and online retail essential.
* An ability to handle pressure and is self-motivated
* An engaging personality who can naturally make and nurture connections
* Outstanding presentation and written communication skills
* Highly organized with an attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability
* Experience in CRM
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years sales experience ideally in a SaaS environment
* A full and clean valid driver’s licence and a car owner
* You will be able to work and travel freely within Ireland and the UK / EU area
