Job Title: IT Manager
The IT Manager will oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support site operations. This includes identifying and executing improvements for efficiency and future-readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Oversight:
o Guarantee the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support site operations.
o Identify and execute improvements for efficiency and future-readiness.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead, coach, and inspire an IT team to deliver top-tier service.

* Technical Assistance:
o Delve prompt solutions to critical IT problems, particularly those affecting production continuity.
o Work with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.
o Monitor service delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Security and Compliance:
o Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive systems and data.
o Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
o Conduct periodic security evaluations and risk assessments.
* Project Delivery:
o Manage IT projects, such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and new technology integrations.
o Collaborate with site leaders to determine priorities and recommend innovative solutions.

* Cross-Functional Engagement:
o Align IT capabilities with organizational strategy and operational goals.

o Flexibility to provide after-hours support when required.
