Our client, the Dublin office of a high-profile international law firm, seeks to recruit an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE. In joining this growing Dublin team, you will work on complex domestic and cross-border employment law matters for high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities
1. Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including executive-level recruitment, terminations, and compensation arrangements.
2. Representing clients in disputes before the Workplace Relations Commission and High Court.
3. Supporting strategic HR projects such as restructuring, TUPE, global mobility, and gender pay gap reporting.
4. Providing employment law advice in M&A, outsourcing, and other corporate transactions.
5. Collaborating with international teams on multi-jurisdictional projects and cross-border employment issues.
6. Assisting clients with day-to-day queries, including bullying allegations, absence management, and workplace investigations.

Candidate Profile
1. 2-4 years’ PQE in employment law gained with a large, mid-sized, or boutique firm in Ireland or the UK.
2. A strong academic background and a keen interest in employment law.
3. Proven experience advising HR professionals and in-house legal teams.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
5. Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
