* Bringing creativity, energy, and innovation to the menu, ensuring food presentation and flavour exceed expectations
* Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
* Training, mentoring, and developing chefs to grow their skills and passion
* Working closely with the executive chef to shape the overall food offering
* Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen operation with a focus on quality and consistency
Requirements:
* A five-star background and a passion for using the finest ingredients
* Proven experience in a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a large brigade
* A detail-oriented approach, ensuring excellence in every dish
* Previous experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, and labour costs
* A recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification would be an advantage
