Hybrid Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Our client, an established professional services firm is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its team on a 12-month contract.
Based in Dublin City Centre and offering a hybrid working model, this is a great opportunity to gain broad finance experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Role Process invoices and ensure accurate VAT recording.
Prepare and process supplier payments and employee expenses.
Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
Manage the finance inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Post cash receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Assist with process improvements and support the wider finance team as needed.
Your Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
