Administrative Assistant III - Facilities Group PMO PM Role

Contract: 21 Months
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the daily morning meeting with Facilities & Maintenance teams.
2. Log and measure completed daily tasks.
3. Present the Daily Turn-In Report highlighting team KPIs.
4. Assist in planning, resourcing, and managing the daily schedule.
5. Handle the Facilities Helpdesk and respond to queries.
6. Support Facilities Finance by tracking POs and updating reports.
7. Assist with managing employee lockers, training centers, security access, and SharePoint updates.
Requirements:
1. Level 6 qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
