Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced Client Scheduling Administrator (CSA). Our CSA is a mix of a receptionist and a Customer Service Representative. Unlike other financial institutions, this is NOT just an administrative role – you are a vital part of the sales and marketing teams.
As a CSA, you would be responsible for:
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for inbound callers, providing information about our process and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Scheduling appointments with Retirement Planners.
3. Engaging with new prospects to help them gather and provide the necessary information as they prepare for their meeting.
4. Working closely with the Scheduling Team Manager to support the team's goals and objectives.
As a Client Scheduling Administrator, you will be part of our high-performing team. We run TV Shows, Radio Shows, Ads and other marketing activity across 7 cities generating phone calls and web forms that have to be handled with extreme care. The Client Scheduling Administrator is dedicated to handling those inbound leads by following our scripts, and getting the caller scheduled to meet with a member of our team. This role is integral to our mission of empowering retirees with clear, actionable financial guidance.

1. Competitive Salary – Starting annual base salary of $40,000.00 plus; additional bonus incentives also available of up to $500.00 per month.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Please note: This position will require working a full weekend once every 3 weeks with two weekdays off to balance the work week.
The rotating schedule in summary is:
1. Week 1: Work Monday – Friday
2. Week 2: Work Monday – Thursday. Off Friday. Work Saturday – Sunday.
3. Week 3: OFF Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday – Friday. Off Saturday – Sunday.
