YOUR PROFILE
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Lead cross-team collaboration between the delivery team, the business and client teams.
* Provide expert guidance and leadership on programme and technical initiatives.
* Engage across client teams, set up good governance between Sogeti and Client, support project and service delivery management to establish best practices to monitoring and controlling activities.
* Further establish and monitor/govern client prioritisation model.
* Act as conduit between all workstreams to breakdown silos and improve efficiency throughout delivery.
* Chair steering meetings and collaborate with Account Manager and Engagement Manager to prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Clients.
* Roll out service management and planning to client business units/directorates.
* Structure federated programme of work ensuring appropriate balance across key stakeholders.
* Conduct Reviews of publications/strategies/frameworks with appropriate stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Mobilise the data strategy across client organisations.
* Develop stakeholder engagement and relationships.
* Drive Teamwork/collaboration culture and initiatives.
* General team management activities and improvements.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure client and Sogeti teams adhere to approved standards and policies.
* Leading complex projects/programmes.
Skills & Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
* Hold an honours degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 7+ years of extensive professional experience as a Programme Manager.
* Minimum 6+ years' Project Management experience, of which four years must be at a Senior PM role;
* Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes;
* Strong Business case development capability and approvals skills;
* Be able to demonstrate programme and project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2;
* Demonstrate seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme;
* Demonstrate knowledge of BI and data analytics projects and how to successfully complete these projects.
