Client Services Manager – Disability Residential Service
A rewarding career opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Job Summary:
The Client Services Manager will play a key role in providing comprehensive, tailored care for individuals in a disability residential service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care management and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and operational management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Governance and Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are met.
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
* Residents and Support: Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care and support.
* Staffing: Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
* Financial Stewardship: Manage the financial aspects of the residential service, ensuring that budgets are met and that resources are used effectively.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
* At least 3 years of senior supervisory/management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
* At least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will be €54,500-63,500 per annum (Social Care Leader Scale). In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
