This luxury four star hotel in Dublin city centre is looking for a highly experienced Duty Manager who will take responsibility for the hotel property in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This full-service hotel has extensive banqueting facilities, various F&B outlets, and large accommodation offerings.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong F&B management skills and excellent customer service standards. You will be able to deal with any guest queries or complaints and manage them accordingly to the satisfaction of the guest. You will also ensure the safety of all guests and employees by complying with all hotel Health and Safety regulations.
Further responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring F&B department regulations are met
2. Cash management
3. Ensuring proper staff conduct
4. Active participation in hotel sales and promotions
5. Attendance at management meetings
Must have a proven track record in all areas of duty management (cash handling, incident reporting, SOPs...), a minimum of two years' experience, and a background in 4 star+ properties is a strong advantage.
