Corporate Governance Administrator

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality comprehensive administrative support to the Company Secretary Function, Head of Corporate Governance, Boards, Committees and Senior Leadership Team.
This role is reporting directly to the Deputy Company Secretary, which is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a Corporate Governance team providing high quality, administrative support. You'll enjoy taking personal responsibility for your own workload, continually reorganising and prioritising to ensure those you support get the best service possible which in turn reflects positively for our wider company goal of supporting and advocating for people with disabilities.
Minimum Education & Skills required
1. Minimum five years' experience in a comparable or senior administrative role with a proven ability to deliver in a time sensitive and deadline orientated environment.
2. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Experience with digital platforms
4. Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
5. Experience in Diary Management
6. Certificate in Company Secretarial desired but not essential
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide general and high-level administration support to the Company Secretarial Function to include tasks such as diary management, preparation for meetings, organising meetings in addition to providing support in meeting the annual compliance obligations of the organisation to include CRO, RBO and Charities Regulator filings.
2. Supporting the Company Secretarial Function with preparation and compiling of official Board Packs.
3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Directors, funders, HR, Internal Audit, Property, Finance, Business Development, Quality & Governance) in relation to administrative queries relevant to the work of the Company Secretarial Executive administrative tasks including the preparation of statistical information in order to ensure that queries are addressed efficiently and effectively and to ensure that all requirements are delivered in line with the requirements of Internal / External stakeholders.
4. Scheduling of Board and Committee Meetings and related arrangements together with facilitating site visits for Board Directors.

1. Maintain confidentiality on all matters discussed.
2. Be based within the Rehab Group Head Office but may necessarily include travel to other sites as entity needs dictate.
3. Be flexible in terms of ad hoc requirements to work outside normal working hours, if/when deadlines dictate.
